This is the third specialty variety I've tried from NYGC. I love the aroma and smooth-yet-bold flavor. I am beginning to really appreciate the unflavored coffees from around the world!

I'm making my way through your various blends and specialty coffees - but as soon as this started brewing I knew it would be a favorite - what a nice aroma! Rich and full. I took a deep breath right over the pot! Hmmmmm And then after pouring you see the beautiful rich color, so pleasing...and the first taste: a full flavor,rounded and smooth across the tongue. A touch of toasty bitterness and then a brightness in your mouth. I drink 3 or 4 mugs of coffee before 10, so I like my coffee low acid. For me, this one is perfection.

I'm sitting here with my first cup of Mexican High Mountain coffee and I love it. I knew from the rich aroma of the open bag that it would be a terrific coffee. I brew mine fairly strong. It's smooth and rich, not bitter. Definitely a new favorite.
