Shipping Policy

NYGC SHIPPING Policies.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We ship via UPS ground, however FedEx and USPS Priority Mail options are available. Standard Ground shipping typically arrive in two (2) to six (6) business days. Shipments to the Continental US (not including P.O. Boxes) are sent via USPS or UPS depending on weight and location. Shipments to PR, HI, and P.O. Boxes are sent via USPS. Shipments to APO/FPO address are via USPS. NYGC cannot guarantee the arrival time of a package. Once we give your coffee to the shipping company, it is beyond our control. With UPS & FedEx services tracking is available. USPS tracking may not be available.

FREE Delivery is available if your order is going to an address within our local delivery area, and you accept our delivery schedule and time. Our local delivery area consists of all of Long Island, NY Brooklyn & Queens Please refer to the schedule below.

We process orders with in 24 hours of receiving them. Orders received before 12noon EST Monday – Wednesday will ship the same day. Your freshly roasted coffee is ground the day it ships. We ship Monday-Thursday, except holidays. We suggest that you only purchase enough coffee to last you up to 2 weeks from the ship date.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please see our return policy for returning items. (please place a link on the “return policy” text)

We accept returns and the policy & procedure is described there (please place a link on the “return” text). Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

Our FREE local delivery schedule is:

Mondays - Brooklyn, Queens & Western LI.
Tuesday - Nassau and Western Suffolk LI.
Thursday - Eastern LI. all the way to Montauk & Orient point
