I have made this in a French press and as a cold brew. Cold brew is the way to go. The flavor is good could be a little stronger but if your doing cold brew just let it steep for longer than 12 hours and you'll be good.

I've had several vanilla varieties of NYGC and this is one of my new favorites. It's like drinking vanilla buttercream frosting...smooth and sweet! This not your run-of-the mill French Vanilla, but a nice twist on the classic flavor.
